NYC performance company Witness Relocation comes to Portland for a one night showing of their newest piece, The Panic Show. Dubbed, “A dance-theater anarchist’s Utopia” by Performing Arts Journal, Witness Relocation combines dance & theater with the energy of a rock-show.

The Panic Show attacks mass hysteria, hyper-ventilation, stress, fight or flight, self help techniques, not to mention “Panic Room”, that mess of a film starring Jodie Foster. This wild ride includes dances, dark confessions, confetti, and real time performance tasks that will whip both the audience and performers into a lather.

Witness Relocation will come to Portland fresh off a European tour and two performances as a part of PS122’s NYC: Seattle Edition showcase at this year’s Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle. Co-presented with Hand2Mouth. Co-commissioned by Dance New Amsterdam.
